Yeah.  So.  I just wanted let Mr. Will Smith sum this up for you.

Nearly two months ago I saw this tutorial on The Small Things Blog and wanted to give the Amika Thermal Brush a try.

One thing about having naturally curly hair that I really struggle with is styling options.  If I want to have nice, flowing curling iron curls, I have to go through the process of straightening it first.  Sounds counterproductive, yes?  Well, it is.  This is why I wanted to give this tool a shot.  I wanted something that would smooth out my hair while giving it some bounce and curl.

As soon as I saw the post on The Small Things Blog, I tracked down the last one in Austin.  I brought it home and promptly filmed this tutorial.  I then edited the footage faster than I probably have ever edited footage before.  I posted it to YouTube.  Then I forgot to write a stinkin’ blog post about it.

Anyway, here it is!

If you are thinking about purchasing this, or if you thought you might be interested and now may not be as a result of my opinion, then I would encourage you to read reviews from other people with your specific hair type.
